Becoming
a collaborator
Any Swiss institution
with an interest in applying GRID
architectures to life science problems
is welcome to join the Swiss Bio
Grid. Minimal conditions are:

to
have an existing group or individual
with sufficient technical and
scientific know-how to contribute
significantly to the group
-
not
to seek up-front funding for
participation in the SBG;
-
to
commit to a participation of
at least two years;
-
to
propose a scientific project
for which the institution could
become the lead;
-
to
contribute significantly to
the pool of hardware available
to the SBG.
The Steering Committee
shall evaluate applications based
on these criteria, and its decisions
shall be considered final.
